Jasper Knight’s industrial, machine inspired images of Sydney harbour are full of vibrant dripping colour and bold geometry. Often incorporating found signage and hardware, he reveals a unique, almost comic-style interpretation of the Sydney landscape – aglow in primary colours reminiscent of artists such as Mondrian and Warhol.

Jasper Knight was born in Sydney in 1978 and remains Sydney based. In 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010 he was a finalist in the Archibald Prize. Jasper was also exhibited in the Wynne Prize in 2005 and 2006.
