Berkeley Editions Fine Art is delighted to be representing Dennis Nona. One of Australia’s most important artists, Dennis has been creating unique artworks interpreting the stories of the Torres Strait, and particularly of his island home, Badu Island, for more than thirty years.

Dennis has specialised in handmade linocuts and etchings, found in the collections of all major galleries and private collectors in Australia and overseas including the National Gallery of Australia, Musée du quai Branly, Paris and the Musée des Confluence in Lyon, France. Dennis has also expanded his oeuvre to include sculptures in bronze portraying sacred animals such as dugong and turtle.
